(I posted it before, but thought I’d add an image) I don’t know if anyone else thought this but when the girl screamed, isn’t it possible she was screaming at John? He was in her line of sight, and if you look closely she seems to be looking past Sherlock and pointing at John. In fact Sherlock leaves the room before John and yet she continues to point and scream. My only guess as to why is the whole Army posture thing? I assumed that Moran had kidnapped them and something about John’s military bearing brought it all back. I never actually considered she was screaming at Sherlock at all when I first watched and so I’m quite surprised not to have seen this theory around…
